A Muslim-Owned French-Japanese Restaurant by Chef Azlie and Hisyam

What We Tried:

French Onion Soup

  • This classic French dish features rich beef stock, tender beef slices, and sweet caramelized onions. The generous amount of stringy mozzarella cheese on the bread adds a delightful touch. It brings warm, cozy feelings reminiscent of home.

Truffle Cream Pasta with Smoked Duck

  • For truffle and cream pasta lovers, this dish is a must-try! It satisfies cravings with its rich flavors. The silky onsen egg enhances the creaminess, while the salty parmesan cheese completes the dish. The smoked duck, which is usually not a personal favorite, was surprisingly superb—extremely moist and packed with flavor, especially from the fatty skin layer. The combination of smoked duck, sweet cherry tomatoes, truffle, and onsen egg works wonderfully together.

Spicy Beef Udon

  • The soup in this dish is exceptional—well-seasoned with a distinct beef flavor and a strong kick of spice from the chili padi that makes you want to keep slurping. Mixing the onsen egg with the soup adds a creamy texture, and the udon is perfectly chewy and bouncy. It was devoured in minutes!

With a wide variety of options on the menu, this restaurant is definitely worth checking out. The ambiance is ideal for both date nights and company dinner retreats.
