This is a Muslim-owned restaurant serving authentic Xinjiang cuisine! The restaurant is pretty small, and we were lucky to get a seat right away, even without a reservation.

Sliced Beef Noodle Soup ($10.80)

  • Soft and bouncy handmade pulled noodles
  • Flavorful and well-seasoned beef broth
  • Thick, tender beef slices with a bit of fat for extra richness
  • Served with half a boiled egg and radish

Spicy Beef Noodles ($11.80)

  • I chose the wide noodles, which were a bit tough and could have used a little more boiling
  • Topped with a heap of chili that was incredibly spicy—I struggled to finish, but it was delicious, reminiscent of Mala noodles
  • The tasty soy sauce at the bottom helped tone down the spice and added depth to the dish
  • Succulent and juicy beef slices!

Chicken Dumplings in Spicy Sauce ($13.80)

  • These were great! The chicken filling was mildly seasoned and warm
  • The dumplings were plump and hearty
  • Most of the flavor came from the tangy vinegar spicy sauce
  • I think I’d enjoy the fried dumplings too; they’d be crispy and add nice texture to the meal—available on the menu!

Final Verdict
I enjoyed my time here. The food tasted authentic while still appealing to the Singaporean palate. It wasn’t mind-blowing, but I wouldn’t hesitate to return to try their rice dishes and fried dumplings when I’m in the area.
