Tenderfresh has launched a new coffeeshop concept, featuring nine crave-worthy stalls that serve a blend of familiar flavors with contemporary twists.

What We Tried:

Laksa Pasta by Tenderbest

  • This dish was absolutely amazing! It’s a creamy twist on the traditional Singaporean Nyonya laksa, with an intensified laksa flavor that truly shines. A must-try!

Signature Nasi Lemak by 380 Nasi Lemak

  • This plate was loaded with ingredients, including fish cutlet, eggs, and crispy peanuts/anchovies. The sambal was spicy yet sweet, though the rice could use more flavor and fragrance. Perhaps a bit more coconut milk would enhance its richness.

Hokkien Mee by @hawkermansg

  • The Hokkien mee featured super smoky wok hei, delivering an aromatic dish with rich umami taste. The combination of chili and lime really packed a punch—so delicious!
