We also tried the Angus Striploin (400g).
All the meats and mushrooms were generously coated in a delightful savory and sweet yakiniku sauce. My favorite cut has to be the Karubi—extremely tender and juicy. Karubi (short rib) has more marbling than roast cuts, making it a crowd favorite.
